Ingredients:
Microkristalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetarian magnesiumstearate, vegetarian stearate, silica, film coating (hypromellose, glycerin and hydroxypropyl cellulose).

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) 225 mcg (28% RI), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 50 mg (66% RI), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 10 mg (666% RI), Magnesium (magnesium amino acid chelate) 20 mg (6% RI), Copper (copper amino acid chelate) 0,75 mg (83% RI), Zinc (zinc amino amino chelate) 8 mg (89% RI), Manganese (manganese amino acid chelate) 5 mg (166% RI).

Usage:
Unless otherwise agreed with your therapist, 1-3 tablets per day during or after your meal. This product is not intended for use by children under the age of 3.
