After payment has been completed and the order has been processed, you will receive a sample envelope from us via regular mail in your mailbox. Follow all instructions carefully and return the envelope (with proper stamps) to the specified address in Zeewolde – NL. After receiving the hair sample, we will report the results to you in approximately 2-3 weeks.
As soon as we have received the HMA report, we will notify you. The report will be sent to you via a secure email address. You will also receive (if applicable) a link to make an online appointment.
Sometimes more than 1 HMA analysis is done per order. That is fine: Would you please state all the personal names in the notes field with the order?

We will send you a sample set with the supplies to take a hair sample. This set consists of:

A large envelope on which you fill in your details (please fill in completely!);
A scale to weigh the correct amount of hair (125 mg);
A small envelope to put in the hair sample (also fill in your details completely on this);
A return envelope to send the large envelope containing the small envelope with the hair sample back to us.
You will also find instructions on what is important when taking a hair sample on the back of the envelope on which you enter your details.
