Serving per 30 ml (1 cup): Magnesium bicarbonate 11400 mg.
Usage: Add one cup of RelaXXX to a 1 liter bottle with water (preferably pure water or mineral water without Sodium, like Spa blue). Store the stock solution and the drink in the refrigerator.
Drink 4x in intervals 1 glas of your prepared drink (250 ml).

The bottle has to be stored in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before use. This is to maintain as much as carbon dioxide in the bottle as possible. Do not shake the RelaXXX bottle. Close the bottle after usage and store after usage in the refrigerator. Some white deposit can be formed after a while when carbon dioxide escapes from the concentrated solution. This is Magnesium carbonate, do not worry.
