Selenium is an important mineral for your body, supporting a great number of seleno-proteins and selenium dependent enzymes which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. One of these enzymes is glutathion peroxidase, and hereby contributes to the maintenance of a good health. Selenium is essential for the production of the thyroid hormone. It has a positive influence on the immune system, contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, the production of healthy sperm count, and the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
Ingredients:
Rice flour, gelatin (beef), magnesium stearate (vegetable).
Serving size per capsule:
Selenium (as selenium amino acid chelate), 100 mcg (143% RI), Pea Powder 100 mg, Lentil Powder 50 mg, Millet Powder 50 mg, Chlorophyll (as sodium copper chlorophyllin) 1 mg.

Usage:
